      Good coworkers, everyone is very helpful and friendly If you don't know a topic, there's an expert that does and will provide the information They take their product quality seriously

      Cons

      Products are for a very niche market, no room for growth No local leadership, major leadership is from the parent company located overseas, no leadership in the sales department. Building and work environment is outdated Bad for new employees Bad training period Company is struggling financially
