      The work itself is interesting, and I've learned a lot about educational publishing. The variety of projects is another good thing. My immediate supervisor is great—she listens, gives clear feedback, and tries to keep the workload balanced.

      Cons

      Advancement paths are unclear, and promotions can take a really long time.
