      Pros

      Only pro about American Auto is the flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Staff members are always overwhelmed due to poor management, managers are often over worked and have an attitude when employees request help. Staff is overworked, understaffed and not paid enough!

      Pros

      I have been working at American Auto Insurance for over 10 years. I appreciate the positive work environment, that it is a family owned company, and that there has always been room for advancement/self improvement.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment, however that leaves us feeling accomplished at the end of the day.

      Pros

      It's a smaller business with a good opportunity to move up and a great group of co-workers. The agency is open Monday thru Saturday, days and evenings. So they offer great flexibility with shifts.
