      Some degree of independence and allowed space to get job done without someone looking over you.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, everyone was terminated after the midterms with no notice.

      Pros

      Don't always have to travel and you get some down time throughout the week. Got a bonus at the end of the cycle

      Cons

      Very difficult environment when you are videoing candidates because their staffers block your view and some may even harass you. Also, you get laid off at the end of the midterm cycle.

      -Remote work is nice depending on state

      Cons

      -Pay sucks compared to industry standard -Expect to wait 2 months for any reimbursement on expenses and mileage reimbursement. -Expect to put thousands of miles on your car -mileage reimbursment rate is HALF of the IRS/Federal standard -Expect to take on other people's work who slack -Toxic HQ culture that alienates remote workers -Upward mobility does not exist if you are not at HQ -Management is absolutely incompetent -Sexual Harassment runs rampant -HIGH Turnover
