Pros

The Sales Force, the people i worked with were second to none! I loved all my fellow teammates. Really can't stress it enough

Cons

The Senior Leadership. Fortunately they are gone, but the damage they left behind was unrepairable. Truly the worst corporate leadership I have ever been exposed too. Sexism, favoritism, vindictiveness. It truly was toxic leadership.

Pros

Good Benefits, Fair Pay,Good Stock Plan 401k

Cons

Management is timid to address employee problems,Half of employees do all the work, the other half plays right in front of management. Management refuses to confront issues, directs people to do things that clearly will not reflect profit. Overall poor training, management, lots of ego among management

Pros

They put me through the program so I could find a better job elsewhere. There were some very nice, smart people to balance the experience I suffered in the lab.

Cons

Too many workplace trolls; too understaffed in key money-making departments; if you ever call in sick you are shamed by martyrs; daily insults to intelligence by management and the "core" techs who had never been certified or even through any school; tattling to the bosses instead of emailing respectfully; the lab experience was like working in a jungle where the monkeys are all screaming and stabbing you in the back; sub-par, old, rickety equipment, and sometimes you are not even informed that it is broken when you train on it; religious and ethnic bashing and trolling daily; techs sabotage your equipment and make fun of you relentlessly and laugh about being mean; techs do not keep honest track of their own errors but shame you for yours. I honestly do not know why I stayed so long except for the nice people there.
