      Pros

      Seems that everyone starts off with a very optimistic outlook on the possibilities.

      Cons

      Just know it will be a temporary position. The owner will turn on you no matter how friendly she seems to begin with.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the clients especially the few I've grown attachment to. Some you can turn down

      Cons

      The work load was a bit much for such a small pay. Let's not talk about a pinch of a raise they give you, it's ridiculous. Overall, working for them for 7 years and you still getting $8 an hour, it varies per client (sometimes working 12 hours), it made up for the pay. Bottom line, I felt like I was overworked, unappreciated and underpaid.

      Pay rate is determined by the local industry and the position. Pay increases are determined by performance.
