      Pros

      - Very fast paced and challenging environment with a lot of room to grow professionally. - Very good all you can eat lunch buffet. - Majority of employees are very nice and friendly. - Some positions within the company has flexibility towards work. - Work-life balance is being given importance.

      - Poor salary for the actual job itself. - Very stressful work environment with high workload. - Unrealistic timelines which causes stress to general emloyees. - Low/mid management is not well trained for a management role. - Poor communication between cross functional teams. - Poor training system.

      Get to meet people from all over the world and make new friends Its a good learning opportunity in the field if you have a good leadership team

      Underpaid Overworked Constantly under pressure and stress Awful timelines No communications Expected to be available 24/7 and not get paid for overtime Horrible management Favouritism Sexism and Racism Mangers do not keep confidential information to themselves. A lot of gossip HR is useless, do not complain about anything to them and do not report anything to them, HR does not follow the company policies and they will not do anything for the employee they only think about the managers and to protect them. Managers never have to take responsibility of their actions and they get away with everything.
