      Pros

      1-2 good people working for the organization. None of which are recruiters.

      Cons

      Manipulation and unkept promises are the mainstay and foundation of this organization. Anything you do will not be good enough. Money is all that matters and if that means stealing from clients, they will do it. As an employee this should be a huge "watch out"! If they will cheat clients then rest assured you too will be cheated. Not getting paid for work you perform is justifiable within this organization. If you are looking for a career and healthy work environment you will not find here!
