Incredibly kind and smart coworkers. The people at Aloompa are some of the best I have ever worked with. Even the incompetent managers are fantastic people, they just have no business spearheading the creation of Saas products.

Cons

No work life balance. "Work life balance" at Aloompa is when you only have to finish three jira tickets in a day instead of five, or only get called due to an outage at 6pm instead of 8pm. Absolutely zero automated testing, planning, or foresight. Expect to work on call every weekend.
