Pros

None because the boss couldn't care about you

Cons

Made work pulling sub duct in water filled manholes under severe pressure to get the job finished on time. Ask for a raise and you'll be replaced within a week. Pull injuries on the job and the boss tries to cover himself without a second thought on how your feeling. I got let go 2 weeks before my child was born because I handed I in paternity leave forms and asked for a raise. I worked my socks off for a year for this company meeting every deadline they set for me and always with the highest quality and felt I was working a lot harder than some of the lads they kept over me. Am I bitter YES Massively because I deserved better treatment for the Commitment I showed.
