Pros

Home of Snuggie and Topsy Turvy planters. The AsSeenOnTV industry is fast paced and ever changing. The company develops and markets many new products a year. It's anything but ordinary. The direct response side of the business is a great place to get some experience and then move on.

Cons

Some executives speak poorly and inappropriately about employees behind their back. Unqualified personnel have been promoted for 'loyalty' vs. real contributions to the organization. Critique the wrong people and processes and your time is limited.

Pros

Compensation was above market-rate. Benefits were excellent and office was recently renovated.

Cons

To say that management is ineffective and abhorrently cold would be an understatement. Middle management is so scattered that they cannot give the proper guidance to employees while simultaneously giving vague instruction. There is no respect for employees' off-hours time, with working full weekends being the standard rather than the exception. There is a cult-like senior management team and they are unwilling to listen to constructive feedback. They are unwilling to acknowledge that proper technology is needed to do the work that they ask of employees.
