There are a ton of resources available to agents at Allen Tate. This is especially helpful for new agents. The Branch Manager at the Gastonia office is exceptional. She is available to answer any questions you may have and is extremely knowledgeable.
Cons
This is 100% commission based job without benefits so it's important to consider whether this works for you or not.
