      Pros

      You will be assigned task and project and given the freedom and independence to complete them. It is a casual office and you can wear jeans to work and shorts to work. Some people even wear flip flops in the summer.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Everyone seems to always be on eggshells. The owners are very conservative. They are always on site and people are afraid of them. The president has a very bad temper. The pay is minimal and raises are very small.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. No micro managing which means you have freedom to do your job. Like music? So do most people that work there, bring earphones to listen to your music of choice as you work.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. Lower than industry average for pay. Communication about expectations can become muddy. Unless you have great project management skills, some projects never seem to get done.
