Salary was well-below market rate.
Was set up for failure. I was supposed to be assigned a new project by my manager, but never was assigned a project for that quarter. The performance review didn't turn out too well because I didn't really have anything to work on (not surprised there) despite working daily on ad hoc requests and other work I was trying to discover on my own. There was no set "goal" or "rubic of success" and it was determined by whether or not you contributed "more than you should have"
The team I had been working on was iffy from the start after a good amount of people left the team and they had to hire people to fill the void. Alot of conflicts happened between those that left and management and was caused mainly because they discovered the company was associated with predatory pay-day loans and other unethical, predatory emails.
They tend to target low-income individuals who are likely to be susceptible to predatory emails and spam.
They expected you to work during the Dec 26-31 if you don't take PTO.
