Pros
Great company where I've learned a lot. In the year that I spent working here, I learned more than I did in college and in all of my internships. The people working here are all incredibly supportive and fun. I enjoy coming into work everyday.
Cons
Starting off was a little difficult for me, but once I got the hang of things it was great.

Fun environment. Always something going on and office events!- Non-stop training. You are always learning something new with morning meetings and hands-on training- The growth opportunity with this company is endless- Flexible with your schedule
Cons
I really cannot think of any except not working Sundays
