      Pros

      Great co workers and great team.

      Cons

      Everyone is over qualified for their roles. There is no opportunity to move up, they would rather hire eternally. There is a strong avoidance of developing from within as no one wants to train individuals for new roles. Compensation and raises between job titles are so low they do not even meet yearly cost of living standards. It is hard to continue to work at a place that feels like it is taking advantage of you.

      Ambition to grow, expand and improve, trying to maintain focus on people development and a good culture, good leave benefits and holidays closure

      Cons

      Growth is exponential but not coordinated nor well planned. Lack of intra and interdepartmental communication which seems absurd considering company middle size. Overworked is required with little recognition, lots of favouritism depending on tenure or historical circumstances. Tolerance to toxic behaviour from old staff who have been working there many years and have no agility/ capability to change. their resistance is preventing the high speed growth required, good ideas from new hires more experienced in the industry are not considered for fear of losing their status quo. Blame culture used instead of looking for improvements.
