      A bit of smoke and mirrors... needs alignment

      My boss was great. Met some great people.

      Cons

      The culture is that of a services firm where people are over stressed and don't care about the customers. There was quite a bit of shirking work, passing the buck, and a 'get it off my plate' mentality. Not my jam.

      Helpful Training Program, Unfair Management

      They do not trust your word, I personally was told I was sleeping on call when in reality it was my eyelashes being long and me looking down causing me to look like I was sleeping even though my eyes were open..

      Management is too top down and hands off. Lots of people feel lost and frustrated.
