Pros

This company has moved to a nice building that is very clean. The best pro that i can think of.

Cons

Apparently there was a time this company was actually good. To both its employees and its customers. However, that is not the case anymore or for the foreseeable future. You will be overworked and underpaid. You will learn many things especially how you are not good enough and you don’t deserve the underpayment that you are already receiving. You will receive acknowledge if you have a great week of sales and earning the company money or help fixing up one of the many customer issues they have. Otherwise you will continue to be nothing. You can work harder and harder everyday trying to get to the promotion or advancement that they flaunt in front of you for months however they will never give it to you. Rather you will get another reminder of how you are incompetent compared to the new manager and that you don't even deserve your underpayment wage. nevertheless, this will not stop them from stacking more and more work onto you and not giving you proper compensation. If you start to lack desire for more work, you will be told again how you will not get anywhere without taking on more work despite all the work you have already taken on and received nothing in return for it. If you are in the Member care section, you will be handling more responsibilities than the rest of the company and receive less respect. Your constant new responsibilities are not located in your signed employment form however your job will be threatened if you do not perform up to par. Your job will also be threatened by the point system if you have an emergency and need to take off from work. When your kid breaks a rib you better not be a good parent and actually care. What great little pep talks you will receive from the manager about how you help save lives. That’s great and all but everyone forgets the CEO is a Harvard phycology major. What does this mean for you, it means you better know how to manipulate others in order to fit into the company or they will manipulate you until you have lost your integrity and sanity. It is in no way a good job for those in college (believe me you do not need the stress.) I have seen fellow coworkers cry their eyes out from stress and overburden. How you are forced to treat members will make you question if you are going to go to heaven or burn for eternity. If you prefer not to burn I would suggest not to work here or bring a lot of sunblock. Your ideas are very welcome in this environment. Please don’t think you will get credit for your ideas. The credit will go to the current narcissistic manager, but when they are in question they will make sure to consult a book to help them determine that they will credit the team to make them look good for the moment.

Pros

Co-workers were great. Loved working for and helping the customers. Free coffee and decent benefits.

Cons

First off, it should be noted that a good portion of the positive reviews on here were written by managers/supervisors in the organization at the direct instruction of the co-CEOs. I know because I sat in on the meetings where these orders were given. In my time there I saw a transition from treating customers and employees as people to looking at them as simply statistics and commodities to market to. Lots of catchy phrases and jargon that sounded good at first but panned out to be nothing more than empty promises.

Pros

Nice Office. Most of my coworkers were great. Trying to help customers who need the equipment and service provided.

Cons

Terrible management. Constantly changing the dynamics of the job. If you are in sales you will have a really tough time as the expectations can and do change from day to day. This used to be a fun place to work but for the last 2+ years is has gone downhill. I've watched so many of the people who made this place great get treated poorly and eventually leave (or get fired). They were replaced by the next manager who eventually left or was let go as well. I was finally able to secure something that while below my abilities and pay grade at least lets me not hate where I am working.
