      Entry Position for Consulting

      Pros

      Learned how different it is to work in consulting. "Not macht erfinderisch" Not the perfect solutions is what counts. This is not university anymore.

      Cons

      Tough working conditions. High turnover. A lot of pressure. Really low pay for consulting. Bonus was only a carrot that nobody could get. Salary increase was only with promotion. I jumped to more than two levels in terms of salary by going to the next employer after 10months.

      The projects they work at are very interesting. Very good working environment

      Cons

      As a consultancy firm. There is a lot of pressure for deadlines and filling objectives. Some meetings and events nan be a little uncomfortable for non french speakers
