      Pros

      None! Company ran by short sighted and reactionary megalomaniac. No infrastructure. Ad hoc rules, no written policies or procedures.

      Cons

      Management applies arbitrary rules made up on the spot. Completely unrealistic application of opinion based structure. No guidance. Owner aloof and unavailable to provide guidance. Does not stay on topic.

      Pros

      None. Sr. Management area group of "yes men" terrified of their CEO. The culture is one of "sink or swim," and the company still operates on 1980's technology.

      Cons

      The owner appears to be aloof, appears to lack vision, has very little infrastructure, and is destined to remain a laggard in the industry.

      Terrible place to work. Horrible management. No one can answer anything. We are at the time of a review over 1 year into a new inventory management system and it is still not figured out. You will get yelled at for not figuring out what management could not.
