I worked at Alankit Ltd as a Senior Manager, and my experience was highly disappointing and stressful. The major concern was non-payment and delay in salary. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear communication from management regarding salary disbursement. This created financial stress and uncertainty. At the time of hiring, the role and responsibilities were misrepresented. The expectations and actual job profile were completely different, with unrealistic targets and constant pressure from management. There was a lack of proper reporting structure and clarity in leadership. Frequent changes in reporting managers and internal miscommunication made it difficult to work efficiently. Work culture is not employee-friendly. Long working hours, high pressure, and lack of support from HR and management were common issues.
