Worst accomodation provided by company for an engineer. ( bedbugs and cockroaches all over the place) Upon that delay on salaries up to 3-4 months . No proper professionalism (juniors are treated as slaves) . Not a company for a fresher . No proper safety measures and no proper quality workmanship . They just want to finish the job early . By pressurising the engineers . Foremen’s without knowledge of work (with only their experience ) are given more preference and more responsibility than engineer . Its like u report to your foremen rather that being vice-versa. No proper communication of H.R. dept on salary issue , if asked they tell yeah lets wait another month for. Dr.JGr’s return and everything will be fine ( what a joke). Upon that u get pressurised by sub-contractor for delay in payments or checkbounces. They don’t want to pay any of the money pending to sub-contractors. Recently there was a huge labor strike due to serious delay in the salaries of labors.

1. Top management is upsconding..no Hope's they will return back and clear all dues. 2. " Technical Coordinator's are unskilled name sake engineers without any technical knowledge. Extra burden to the company.. they are just appointed as a spy to inform the management about employees that at what time they come and go... Management thinks Technical Coordinator's are assets of company but they are bed bugs sucking from inside.. The engineer's who are not capable to perform well & doesn't know anything are working as Technical Coordinator's. They just know to deduct the wages of workers who work hard for company day and night.. 3. HR department & Payroll department are pathetic..they never respond to emails.. 4. Unskilled workers will become documents controllers & documents controllers will become HR executive & Managers .. what can we expect from them.. 5. Staff salary pending since six months & subcontractors payment pending since 1year. 6. Subcontractors & suppliers comes and run away due to delays in payment.. 7. No resources available..but management wants full progress.. 8. Visa is not renewed from past 6 to 8 months. 9. Medical card is not working & employees should pay their own and will not get the money back after submitting the bills. 10. Management treat employees like animals.
