      Career Growth Takes Time – Promotions and role advancements are there, but the process could be more transparent and faster. Workload Can Be High at Times – Like any fast-paced environment, there are peak periods of work pressure, but it's manageable with good time management.

      If u are good they will enchorage you. if u r bit slow then u are slave to them. shout at u . ignore ur opinions etc. one owner is really talented and he will sopport and help u .

      Cons

      bigest cons is salary and FNFS . forget about your hike . thats why there is no experienced employee. one of the owner is always shouting at employee. not willing to give apprisal or hike. even he dont want to give settelment money also.
