As previous few reviews, Ironically working environment in Mumbai center is contradicting with its unit name “R&D Center” Tiny seating space(3ft*1.5ft) will always make sure you are never comfortable, Move a little bit and you will collide with your neighbours. So many employees fitted in small space causing noisy work environment all the time, most of the time it is hard to concentrate on anything they do specially during coding/Debugging complex stuff. Whatever you open in your laptop is clearly readable to person sitting at 3rd place to you, similar thing happens while using your phones for any concall meetings. You can imagine privacy issues here.Many of employees felt it uncomfortable for study or anything that needs more concentration. Work place management is poor considering MNC org. Admin people are blessed ones, don’t have courtesy to have feedback or even talk with anyone for resolving the issues. Very unhealthy, Suffocating and cold atmosphere throughout year causing frequent health issues to many. Mostly less challenging & Regressive tasks only come in your bucket. So after some time there is a feeling of left behind compared to fastly growing outer telecom industry which is taking big leaps towards 5G. HR policies have been improved lately, but very huge communication gap between HR and employees. Though everyone sitting in same floor space, Probably many employee finds it uncomfortable to reach out to HR desk for any issues or queries.

Have never made a profit in almost 20 years and senior management still the same!! Total chaos, the product roadmap can change 3 or 4 times a year. Tension between different sites is unsustainable. Employees are treated unfairly, asking too much of them but giving nothing in return. Very high employee churn across all sites.
