- Discriminatory hiring practices - Lack of communication - Disorganized company structure - Staff communicate in different languages during meetings - Ambiguous job roles and duties - Large work load with very little support - No training or orientation for new starters - Terrible work culture - Forced to use personal computer/phones for work use - Use WeChat and a variety of native Chinese apps

the lesson plans are provided the teaching app is very fun as well as lively

Cons

parents are abit rude you hardly get classes to teach mostly trials with no pay the older learner's are not very friendly I've been over a month and still get trials but have a 5 star review rate

Nobody pays attention to anything you actually do.

Cons

Ridiculous administration. Impossible to communicate with anybody. Staff changes so swiftly nobody knows who to contact. No new classes. Pay is late and usually, there is some error. Every day it seems to deteriorate a little bit more.
