      Pros

      Colleagues very helpful and helped me alot more than management.

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and under too much stress. You need to do 5 to 10 hours overtime weekly ( overtime paid at standard rate Mon to Friday ) I sought helped many times as I was struggling after 3 months of employment. Also some members of the middle management are less than helpful and are quite argumentative.
