Pros

When I first started, the company was great They sure are great at motivational speeches

Cons

Had a massive rif because leadership doesn’t know what they are doing. They prioritize their own egos over the company as whole. They can’t seem to make up their mind on how they want to run the company. People are getting fired left and right and these people have poured their soul into this company to get nothing back. They over promise and under deliver and treat you as if you’re just a number. They ask for feedback from the employees, then completely disregard the feedback to do their own thing. Waste of time. Every day something is changed or someone is let go. They back pedal so much they can’t even keep up with what they say anymore. They treat sales like garbage They treat the SDRs like garbage They treat Product like garbage They overwork the CSMs and Marketing They lie over and over about things being fixed and yet there is rarely ever any change, and if there is change, you bet it’s not benefiting anyone but leadership. Absolutely no growth opportunities and then preach about they want people to stay with the company. Culture is terrible. They got rid of every minority except for maybe 3. There is only white people in the building.

Pros

some of the people that I worked with are great people. most of them are no longer there (which is for the better) because this company loves to fire people for no reason.

Cons

The ego's of the higher ups are so big that it doesn't matter what you come to them with or what you have to say, they wont listen or take anything you say into consideration. They (including the founders) could care less about their customers, all they care about is proving their ideas are right. The amount of customer complaints about the system simply not working was unlike any other company i have been apart of. But don't try to voice those concerns, because you will be slapped on the wrist or most likely fired. They are in no way an organized company and I would never recommend anyone to work here.

Pros

None, it was like working inside an active tornado. There are a few good hardworking people there, but not enough to combat the wider toxic social and dysfunctional working environment.

Cons

I had the unfortunate fate of having to have worked at AgentSync. The biggest issue here is the toxic work environment. Everyone is only out for themselves or their social clicks. Management is clearly in over their heads with no internal communication with other departments. Getting an answer to a question is like pulling teeth and if you are lucky enough to get an answer you get called out for asking questions. They fire people without any notice and don't even give people a chance to defend themselves or improve. There is no middle ground either comply or get fired. It's like being inside a cult no one wants to be in. Also, there is no real HR team as it's a start-up and let's just say anything goes. Management knows this and uses that to their advantage.
