      I loved my employees and coworkers.

      Cons

      Working with one of the owners was extremely difficult. At the drop of a hat, he would tell me to write up my coworker/employees; suddenly, they were not working furthermore, at the drop of a hat, he would tell us to come into the office during COVID with no boundaries or masks. He tried to come over to my house with a bottle of wine on a Friday night. Honestly, I have never dealt with anything like this at any other company. He has a habit of pushing the boundaries with women.

      Pros

      Many people there were very nice and genuine. Most clients at that time were pretty easy to work with. I appreciated PTO flexibility.

      Cons

      Management leads with very outdated thinking, processes, and standards. Pay is ridiculously below market - their arguments for why I didn’t deserve fair compensation for my skills/value were nonsense. Very concerning comments were made about work/life balance. Seemed to be an open work culture at first but steadily declined to more secretive and disengaged. By the time I left, the job and work culture was not at all what I had initially agreed to.

      Cons

      I had a horrible manager that was very insecure and let me go. It seems like she is not there anymore, either. Leaving was the best that happened to me. The company may be better now that she is no longer there.
