The Team here at AgVision is excellent. They are friendly and very welcoming. Most of the jobs are fast pace but at the end of the day you have the reward of helping our clients. Benefits, Training, and work life is equal too if not better than any other company out there. (note in Cons) With the new ownership the company has excellent resources to grow.
Cons
Company was acquired by Cultura Technologies in Jan. of 2021. Cultura owns several other Ag Focused Companies and offers excellent resources to the companies and employees. The issue is the company was acquired during a pandemic and was a little bit of a shock to employees, causing some animosity and ultimately a few employees left. Those kinks have been worked through. You cannot look too far past the point this company celebrated their 45th Anniversary and has several employees with over a decade of employment here.
