      Location in business center, schedule and there is no pressure

      Cons

      Lack of technology, they work with excel 2002 CEO and management lack of experience and knowledge about Industry ( they can't even download reports from appsflyer) Lack of direction No one is applying there due to the bad reputation Office is sometimes dirty They don't have algorithm, dashboards or tools to check reports Numbers are erase every three weeks, smells suspicious Invoices numbers are secret

      Pros

      The company has a "in the trenches" mentality. Everyone works together, shoulder to shoulder, towards the same direction. Simply, get things done. The management is smartly surrounding itself with people with experience and from leadig ad-tech companies. Noticeably putting trust in the people, allowing them to lead and building the new path of the company. The tech is part of the bigger team and their is no barrier between tech and none tech.

      Cons

      Needs to improve, or accelerate, in how to deal with people who don't fit well. Current policies are too restrictive due to the diversity of employees, nationalities and families.
