Never trust an HR representative, I learned is very hard way in company, they sold very basic they trust and honesty, and give you just enough information to protects themselves or leadership. Made me sign documents over time to protect company never signed anything honer or acknowledge me or other victims.
Leadership is very dangerous, when i have mentioned instances of abuse verbally, leadership communicated internally including abuser without notifying me.
In events of complaints and conflicts, company own lawyers were arranged to support based on ranks of leadership irrespective who is abuser or evidence, some leaders have track records of abusing, turnover, still in same roles and promotions as system is favors it.
Leadership says and acts like are caring and honest, but of lot things are done without transparency, most bothering things was ability to feel grandiosity while abusing someone.
I wish i / we got laid-off / terminated on day 1, instead of drama, politics and games just to protect company, and gaslighting at best.
When it comes my manger, amount of back stabbing and throwing under bus, I have experienced “DARVO” and nothing worse than working for narcissists, layers of complements, torture, gradiocity
Its possible to survive in this company with documenting everything and making sure, make all complains only in written basis, and trust no, and have notes and documentation for everything, I cound’t go this path as i was afriad that i will become of them.
