Let’s face it, software development isn’t always a walk in the park. But we all love it or we wouldn't be doing it. Medical Software is complex and challenging beckoning the right people. The CTO has very successfully taken us from an archaic system to a more modern system on the latest and greatest technology, look, and feel. Frankly we wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for his leadership and guidance. I can say personally I wouldn’t have the professional growth without the mentoring. The CTO is always focused on what is best for the client while keeping the best balance with the employee happiness. Although sometimes this isn’t easy, I respect his decisions, management guidance, and overall vision for the company.
