Unprofessional management with no business strategy or vision, target is short term profit by overloading existing employees and not hiring the right skills. Benefits none, not even Pension Scheme which is required by UK Law. No sick leave and they would question every day effort expecting to deliver 10 tasks at once. Avoid and don't even consider
