      Not enough pay and lack of supplies.

      Pros

      Weekly pay only to minimize overtime pay, some folks in management are good people, weekends off.

      Cons

      Late pay, no overtime, lack of supplies and terrible work vehicles, unfair compensation and time being taken for lunch with or without actually using that lunch break.

      Pros

      It's hard to say anything here, even my co workers who I thought were cool turned their back on me.

      Cons

      Middle management, upper management have no clue what they are doing, they have unrealistic expectations for workers out on the field working in 115 degree weather. You will be forced to travel and if you turn them down you become their target. I have seen them get rid of people who have worked there a long time just to replace them with cheaper hires. And they lie and say that your position doesn't exist anymore but they turn around and hire somebody else. They make you lie to the customers because management doesn't have a clue what's going on.
