Pros
- Managers are real, honest and down to earth. - Benefits are excellent, and opportunities to work on different projects is PLENTY! - We get to sometimes play with Amps Academy and also mentor other engs which is fun.
Cons
Nothing to note of yet. Maybe Expenses could be paid same time as pay run? but not something that bad as its still paid a few days later anyways.

Pros
Really liked the people first culture and career development focus from management, Learned a lot from my different deployments and had the opportunity to mentor in my last role which was very rewarding. Lots of events and team get togethers.
Cons
Working away from the team but as others have said lots of opportunities to catch up.
