Good place for sometime, but not for long.

Pros
Young team, work hours very controlled so people never work more than what they are supposed, you can develop all stages of the project.
Cons
No motivation, no benefits, no management in local, tasks not very well defined, no debugging and just develop in a remote desktop.

Pros
Good for people that want to start a career with no previous experience; no working extra hours, for those who like fixed schedule.
Cons
No support from colleagues or management, bad organization of work for project tasks, no possibility of development yourself, very old tools used, micro management of work time, no autonomy and no trust to the employees from the superiors. HR processes are handled very slow (when handled).
