      Hard-working people/employees want to serve utility customers

      The CEO, VP, other executives are engineers and do not know how to communicate with employees nor lead an organization. They are only interested in keeping their jobs and do not put customers first.

      ACS is a fast growing company with a friendly work environment. If you work hard and perform, the rewards are great. It is a great place to stay current with the latest technology for Power Companies.

      Cons

      One is expected to perform on day one. Since the company is growing, schedules are always tight.

      1. A chance to grow and stretch the upper limits of your potential 2. Technology on the leading edge in electrical utility industry 3. Leadership and owners are demanding, but fair, in expectations 4. Office environment is friendly, with a wide range of cultures, ages, and background, even though company has only 110 employees
