Pros
Small, flexible company which prioritizes the ability to resolve customer issues. Customized solutions for many clients, while underlying systems are generally fundamentally similar. Documentation, remote administration, and CRM platforms are robust and well-implemented.
Cons
Metric-focused management style doesn't provide higher-ups with enough details to make proper assessments. Nebulous "training goals" and a lack of training support with expectations for self-improvement.

At ACT, the environment is professional and friendly. The building is absolutely beautiful and works great for what it is there for.
Cons
There are no cons at the moment that I can think of. I just started working at this location a couple months ago. There are many pros to working for this company I see so far.
