      Pros

      Benefits, Some nice people. The appearance of a lot of fun projects to work on.

      Cons

      Leadership can’t get out of the teams way so they can accomplish work. C-Level executives have a lack of understanding over their supposed area of expertise, such as finance and technology. Everything is reactive. Taking initiative is not favored by execs. No sense of urgency. Very command and control. Not an agile company.
