      Pros

      - Coworkers and work friends are good - International company environment - Colloboration between coworkers are really good - There is a good kitchen inside the company

      Cons

      - They can fire you any time. And since Applovin(now parent company) aquired them. They regularly firing people. Number employees decreased from 800 to ~350... from 2022 to 2026 - It is a stressful company because of mass Layoffs. - Every employees has one question in their minds: "when Adjust will fire me?"
