      Pros

      No Pro at all, the worst company in the work to work for stay away!!!

      Cons

      Owners and management are crooks and scoundrels. this company owes me around $8,000 for work done for multiple middle eastern projects. No excuses give, no communication when I enquire about it and get the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Great place to work and learn

      Pros

      Huge opportunity to learn Oracle cloud ERP as long as you know you are a quick learner. I got taught cloud from scratch starting with Task Manager, Projects functionality and transactional BI dashboard.

      Cons

      Short aggressive duration of projects which causes a lot of pressure and extra work. But good pay rate balances it out.

      Pros

      Given the freedom and latitude to thrive. Company always pays early or on-time. Provides challenging, yet dynamic work environment. Excellent chance for long term work and promotion.

      Cons

      Pace of project is more rapid than many of us are use to. Demands of client produce additional stress on team.
