Pros

Remote work has become the standard

Cons

Even after three companies joined together in 2022, I’ve never felt more understaffed. Upper management is obsessed with making the sale; they have no problem sacrificing their employees happiness and work-life balance in order to attempt unrealistic projects and premature products/services. I’ve also never had an employer not automatically increase pay annually in order to keep up with inflation like Acumera has done.

Pros

I mean you'll get salary for the work your over stressed work.

Cons

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at a company where it became painfully clear that the leadership was nothing short of misanthropic. It was a disheartening journey marked by several glaring issues. First and foremost, there were no salary raises in sight, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Additionally, the absence of 401k matching meant that our financial futures were largely neglected by the company. The healthcare benefits, while available, were exorbitantly expensive, placing an undue burden on employees who struggled to make ends meet. It was disheartening to see the company prioritize profits over the well-being of its staff. Perhaps most concerning was the palpable lack of respect for employees. The leadership's disregard for our contributions and concerns created a toxic work environment, fostering a culture of discontent and disillusionment. To make matters worse, it was apparent that the company's sole focus was to flip and sell quickly, with little regard for the long-term welfare of its employees. This short-sighted approach left us feeling like disposable assets rather than valued team members. In conclusion, my time at this company was marked by a series of disappointments stemming from a leadership team that exhibited misanthropic tendencies. The absence of salary raises, 401k matching, expensive healthcare, and the overall lack of respect for employees painted a bleak picture of the organization's priorities. It's no surprise that many of us believed this company was headed for a swift sale, leaving us to question our place within its fleeting existence.

Pros

There are 0 pros about working for this company.

Cons

- Horribly mismanaged company. - The "growth" talk is all a ruse. This company runs off their professional, college degreed employees and promotions are rare. - NO diversity in upper management (they let them all go). Diversity mostly present in subordinate hourly positions at lowest level of company. Not a good look! - Zero growth and employees harshly discouraged by current HR lineup from asking about raises. "People Operations" is a joke. P.O. is simply HR. HR is known to bully employees when they ask for better pay and concerns are brought to their attention. - Warehouse is a disaster with severe internal issues and rampant unprofessionalism. - Third tier AND third rate services.
