Pros

Interesting work, lots to learn in the staffing world. While it is a big company, it is also family-owned, and much of the team has been with the company long term, so departments know each other well. People care about getting problems solved.

Cons

Recruiter turnover, which is expected in the staffing industry. Could use some tech upgrades to help manage projects and processes - a lot of this is done manually. Quite low pay compared to market rates for your same position.
