Pros

You get to travel all around the world and fill up your passport quickly. There's no one looking over you and you can improve and innovate in the company It's really flexible in terms of working hour and working style.

Cons

Salary raise is a big no in the long term. No career path. CEO more likely will favor few people only and tend to overlook other people's work behind the scene. The management also handled by the family, so more likely everything is determined case by case without any systematic approach

Pros

Great working environment with very nice people. Gives new college graduates a chance with very little working experience. Company quarterly dinners and bonus are nice although not much.

Cons

Small family owned company with not much growth potential. Pay was below the average salary for entry level engineering position.
