Bad for Marketing. Company not sure of the direction.

Pros

Not many, might be a good place for developers. But developers are treated with care everywhere, anyway. Respect to founders for building the company from grounds up but it is high time they get someone professional to run the company.

Cons

The product is on desktop and old technology stack. Nobody even heard of or use Apple products or cloud technology. The entire world is just nuts to be using the best experience and technology. Macs are looked down upon and Windows is appreciated. The company is not sure of the direction it takes and just trying to shop around in all markets and ends up selling in Indian market. Too many changes in Marketing strategies.

No work life balance, only work life especially for QAs Shift will be started at 10 am, but there is no end to it,during whf it has become worse Weekends can also be working sometimes Glorifies over working Even if you work 24x7 there is no appreciation Carrier growth is very less
