Amazing engineering director (Jeff), very laid back and easy-going atmosphere, fair starting compensation (however with the nature of the job when you travel 50-70% of the time you rack up a lot in per-diem and travel bonus), has significantly improved its 401K benefits since I had joined
Cons
If you do not like traveling or have a family this job can be challenging. Your growth in the company can be a hit or miss depending on your project manager and his openness to you learning and developing technical skills while out in the field. Unfortunately for me, the project managers I had dealt with were very insecure about others developing skills on par with them. However, I am made aware and had some limited opportunity to work with some incredible project managers who really want you to learn and succeed.
