Cheif Nursing Officer for the system is a bully and creates hostile work environment. Many division presidents operate in a similar manner. Poor compensation unless you are an executive. Minute raises annually do not keep pace with cost of living and inflation increases. Will burn you out...they live by "do more with less" and will pile on extra duties with no resources.
