Terrible upper management. Ridiculous policies and unrealistic expectations for little pay. You will be doing 3 people's jobs and only get paid for one.

Work will never cease. They will keep you on board for forever unless you really mess up.

Cons

They will work you to the bone. No one smiles, at least, in the corporate office. The owner and his brother, who is worst, drive around all of the yards at start badgering people to work harder or to preform some useless menial task. The owner complains and moans like a 2 year old. The owner's brother is even a bigger idiot.
