The events are an excellent work environment The other staff are generally lovely Not just a face in a crowd of temporary staff
Cons
Events became increasingly disorganised as my time there passed, with a lot of the most competent managers leaving due to frustration with senior management, leading to a talent vacuum Pay stagnated and arrangements around travel at difficult hours post-event worsened, making it more difficult to justify the shift length
