      Pay is bad! Raised are .25 a YEAR! What few benefits there are,aren't that great either! No consideration for the cost of living growing higher every year.

      Decent work environment - fun, active, good hours, decent health benefits.

      Lack of training and they blame you if something goes wrong that they didn't train you to do.

      Pros

      They do offer dental,vision,and health insurance. It's not free but cheaper. And there is a bonus mid month that helps. What's good is families get paid for caregiving for a family member that qualifies.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the pay. What helped was minimum wage went up. You do qualify for a bonus every year, a whole .25! It's hard or next to impossible to make ends meet with today's inflation.
